Christian Life
The first step in any Christian life is faith in Jesus Christ. The second is Baptism. Lastly, Read the Word of God and Do the Will of God.
Faith in Jesus Christ
John 8:12
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
Baptism
My Baptism was like going through a waterfall where you started with a dark, empty life and came out of the water with a joy, full life in paradise. It is through God's Grace and Mercy each one of us can be baptized thanks to Jesus redeeming our sins.
Mark 1:4
"John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins."
Read the Word of God and Do the Will of God.
1 John 2: 14-17
I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the "word of God" abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one. Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the "will of God" abideth for ever.
Memorial Day 2019 is the first day of this website "Walk to God" in remembrance of those who died fighting the evils of the world for the freedoms we enjoy
